Tetra Prime Core Values
At Tetra Prime, our values aren't just what we believe in. They are a framework for planning and acting. They are guidelines for how we approach each new challenge and opportunity.
Our core values of curiosity, resourcefulness, and empiricism shape our processes and strategies, empowering us to find innovative solutions to even the most stubborn problems.
Curiosity:
How We See Opportunities
One of our team's great strengths is an insatiable desire to learn. Our favorite questions to ask about a project or organization are "Who is it for?" and "What is it for?" We insist on building a strong foundation of understanding to support our work.
At the same time, we discover strategic opportunities by studying, applying, and re-inventing what others have done before us. We place special emphasis on knowledge and models that have stood the test of time, not just the latest trends, and use technology to amplify the power of proven strategies.
Tetra Prime 'starts with why', understanding that if the 'why' cannot be identified and verbalized, the power and energy behind the 'what and how' relegates aspiring agencies to the list of 'me too'.
Resourcefulness:
How We Create Change
It's impossible to change the current state of things without applying some resource to our advantage. Whether it's our brain or muscle power, our relationships with other people, or our financial or physical assets, obstacles are overcome through the application of resources, or capital, at our disposal.
We believe in 4 primary types of capital which we utilize in our work:
- Social Capital: our relationships and partnerships with others
- Human Capital: our knowledge, abilities, and creativity
- Physical Capital: our technologies, tools, and finances
- Time: determines when and in which situations each type of capital can be applied for maximum effect
Part of being resourceful is recognizing when you don't have the types or amount of capital that you wish you had. We pride ourselves on applying resources in unique and innovative ways to make up for temporary deficiencies.
Walt Disney once said, 'It’s kind of fun to do the impossible.' This is exactly what Tetra Prime has set out to do...to overcome difficult obstacles to deliver a wide range of services to their clients."
Empiricism:
How We Uncover Truth
We're all capable of saying what we think will work. And as our expertise increases, so does the likelihood that our predictions will be accurate. But there's a big difference between highly accurate predictions and tested, proven truth.
Empiricism is how we move closer to the truth of what works best for your situation and circumstances. Through continuous data gathering and methodical testing of our assumptions, we ensure that our recommendations are not merely educated guesses, but scientifically proven formulas for driving your business forward.
